Unificación al desaparecer ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN

Aunque ya se había observado al hacer los pedidos a través del catálogo PREVIWES del material de Superman a USA, la colección ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN termina en su número 649. La decisión tomada por la editorial es, según Dan Didio, debida a que quieren unificar la sensación de igualdad de todos los personajes de la saga de Superman de manera que el Superman, el Clark, la Lois, el Jimmy, etc, que veamos en las dos colecciones que quedarán como regulares, es decir, SUPERMAN y ACTION COMICS, sea la misma, siguiendo SUPERMAN con la numeración dejada por ADVENTURES, es decir, por el 650. Didio explica que eso no quiere decir que cada comic lleve su historia particular continuándose en cada cuaderno de la colección, sino que desaparecerá la sensación que se ha producido de parecer que en cada serie los personajes se comporten y aparezcan de maneras diferentes. La miniserie de 7 ejemplares INFINITE CRISIS quiere ayudar a crear esa misma sensación de que todos los personajes son quienes son sea cual sea en la aventuras en que los vemamos implicados.
